Ricoma Int. will not be responsible for the cost of shipping replacement parts or of travel and related expenses of its certified techniciansincurred while providing services pursuant to this warranty. Shipping Information We ship the machines 1 to 3 days after we receive payment, If you pay withcheck or e-check the machine will be send after we receive the cleared notice from the bank or paypal. Your machine will arrive in 1-2 weeks after shipping. Please allow up to 48 business hours before requesting shipping / tracking info. Policy Return In order to maintain the integrity of the eBay marketplace as an auction driven site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item delivered is materially different fromthe description in the auction details, or is defective in any way Because all sales are final, a 25% restocking fee will apply on all defectivereturns customer DOES NOT wish to receive a replacement item.
